چکیده
Abstract A pigeon robot is an ideal experimental animal for research in flying robots. The majority of current publications have entailed electrical stimulation the motor nuclei to regulate movement forcibly, and although a “virtual fear” behavior model has been proposed, structure, location, function that generate fear emotions remain obscure. Previous studies shown Stratum Griseum Periventriculare (SGP) pigeons homologous mammalian periaqueductal gray (PAG), which plays essential role fear. To reveal mediated by SGP behavioral regulation, we evaluated structure location histologic identification combined with magnetic resonance imaging, analyzed stimulation. Finally, was verified escape testing homing experiments open field. Our results showed located midbrain divided into two subregions, dorsal part stratum griseum periventriculare (SGPd) ventral (SGPv) (the ranges were AP1.5–4.75 mm, ML1.75–6.75 DV2.2–7.1 mm), wired wireless freezing dominant behavior. In test, caused flee safe place, while open-field induced evasive away from their original route. These confirm crucial fear, this nucleus induces corresponding behaviors.

متن کاملSorCS2-mediated NR2A trafficking regulates motor deficits in Huntington's disease.
Motor dysfunction is a prominent and disabling feature of Huntington's disease (HD), but the molecular mechanisms that dictate its onset and progression are unknown. The N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor 2A (NR2A) subunit regulates motor skill development and synaptic plasticity in medium spiny neurons (MSNs) of the striatum, cells that are most severely impacted by HD. Here, we document reduced NR...
متن کاملEmotion and Attention in Fear Conditioning
Despite increasing evidence suggesting interactive effects of emotion and attention on perceptual processing, it still remains unclear how their interplay influences affective learning, such as fear conditioning. In the present study, a conditioning procedure using threat-related conditioned stimuli (CSs) was implemented while executive load and attentional focus were manipulated. The modulatio...
